If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment. # Incorrect Shipments: You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location. Items returned after 21 days of delivery will be donated to our local rescue program. In case customer request package intercept by delivery service, $11 intercept fee will be deducted from refund amount. 10% restocking fee and original shipping charge will be also deducted from final refund. We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it to with the shipping company to avoid liability in case the item is damaged in transit. If you return items in a condition that isn't just like new, we will not provide a refund. We will donate the item to our local rescue program on your behalf.
