Shipping Information

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods

For US Orders:

• UPS Ground: 3-8 business days after shipment
• USPS Air Delivery or FedEx: 3-5 business days after shipment

For International Orders:

• Regular Shipping: Standard delivery method to all countries outside the USA (5-12 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you don't receive tracking information within 3-4 business days, contact us via email, chat, or phone at +1 305 404-5099.

Example: For a $55 order, UPS Ground shipping costs $9.99, while USPS Air costs $21.85.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping starts at $29.99 depending on your order total and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Before You Return

Always contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any items back.

Return Policy

• Return window: 21 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused unless defective
• Late returns: Items received after 21 days will be donated to local rescue programs and are not subject to a refund

What to Include in Your Return Request

Required Information:

• Order number (Invoice No.)
• Your full name
• Reason for return/exchange

Item-Specific Requirements:

Muzzles:

• Size received (check letter/number on neck strap)
• Your dog's measurements from original order
• Photos of your dog wearing the muzzle (front and profile views)

Collars:

• Your dog's neck circumference
• Photo of collar laid flat with ruler for measurement

Harnesses:

• Dog measurements (neck and chest circumference)

Wrong Item Received:

• Link to the item you expected
• Photo of the item you received

Return Shipping

Contact our Support Team for the return address.

Refund Processing

• Credit/Debit cards: Refunds processed within 5 business days to your card-issuing bank
• PayPal: Direct refund to your PayPal account

Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive damaged items. Include photos and explanations of damage. We'll file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement within 48–72 hours of claim approval.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
