Dear Staff, Thank you for your help in exchanging the muzzle for one that fits. We just received the muzzle this afternoon, and it fits perfectly. She can even eat treats through it, and it doesn't push against her nose or the bottom of her mouth. Also, thanks for such a swift return. We were going to a public camping area in about 2 weeks, and I was afraid the muzzle would not arrive in time; however, you got the new muzzle out the same day you received the original one. The service and communication was the best that I have seen in quite awhile. Blessings,
