Please note that while stainless steel is unlikely to stain light-colored fur, it does contain nickel and may not be suitable for dogs that react to nickel. In such cases, it is recommended to opt for a curogan prong collar instead. For dogs with dark-colored fur, any material, including chrome-plated steel and black stainless steel, will be suitable.

All Herm Sprenger pinch collars come in a standard length, which can be adjusted to fit your dog's neck by adding or removing links. The size of this particular pinch collar is 23 inches (58 cm) with a prong diameter of 1/8 inches (3.2 mm). It is suitable for dogs with a neck size of up to 21 inches (53 cm). If your dog's neck circumference exceeds 21 inches (53 cm), you can easily order additional links. Each link will add approximately 1 1/2 inches (4.2 cm) to the total length of the collar.
