Thank you for your response. I have indeed received the parcel. It's always the way: you write and ask where it is and then it turns up! Thank you very much and this time I did not incur a cost at customs, so all the better! That tracking system is however perfect for checking. We have already tried our Rottweiler out with his new muzzle and after the obvious attempts at trying to remove the alien contraption put on his nose and mouth ( as he's never worn one before) he seemed quite comfortable. It fits like a treat! I guess he'll be getting used to it now though as it's law to wear one in public for him here in Portugal. Our German Shepherd also has one to keep him company. It's not fair if one has to wear one and the other not!
