Thank you for your response. I have indeed received the parcel. It's always the way: you write and ask where it is and then it turns up! Thank you very much and this time I did not incur a cost at customs, so all the better! That tracking system is however perfect for checking.
We have already tried our Rottweiler out with his new muzzle and after the obvious attempts at trying to remove the alien contraption put on his nose and mouth ( as he's never worn one before) he seemed quite comfortable. It fits like a treat! I guess he'll be getting used to it now though as it's law to wear one in public for him here in Portugal. Our German Shepherd also has one to keep him company. It's not fair if one has to wear one and the other not!

This muzzle is superb. Our rescued Rottie George has a positive experience of it and associates it with running free and boy he likes to run. We'd tried a few muzzles available in the UK to prevent his correction bites on lesser socialised dogs but he really couldn't pant sufficiently after a run and spent a lot of time pawing them, trying to remove them. We ordered the muzzle from you on a Friday evening and by the following Wednesday morning it arrived. We put it on him and let him run through the countryside and were amazed at how comfortable it must have been as he never rubs it in the grass to remove it (with the odd exemption of a hot day, but he likes to roll in cool grass muzzle or no muzzle). It's well made, very soft and very light weight, we can even push his rewards through it and he can drink through it. We give this muzzle 5 stars and George paws a high five for his fulfilled better quality of life, we are so pleased that we will be ordering a spare as it is something we consider we can't live without for the love of George.
